1. Pause the refund and notify you via email with the inspection results and specific reasons.
2. Provide the following resolution options:
   1. Retrieve the product as-is: If you wish to reclaim the item in its current condition, we will assist with reshipment; shipping costs will be your responsibility.
   2. Proceed with after-sales service: While the return is not accepted, we can still offer assistance through the Pimax After-Sales Support Team for repair or parts replacement. Service costs will be quoted accordingly.

Exchange Policy

We offer two options to ensure a seamless process for you:

1. Normal RMA Process:

   2. Once we confirm the return, you will receive a new product.

2. Hotswap (Expedited Replacement):

   1. Opt for our expedited replacement by paying a 70% deposit upfront for a new product.

   2. Return the old product upon receiving the new one.

   3. Upon return receipt, we will refund your deposit.
